We believe aging is a disease and that age related diseases are largely due to poor diet. Poor diet frequesntly due to an excess of empty calories.
It’s well established that caloric restriction can extend life and prevent disease in animals (including mammals). The trick is caloric restriction while maintaining proper nutrition.
We live in exciting times with advances in aging studies accelarating everyday. Interestingly though the FDA does not recognize aging as a disease. So don’t expect medicine any time soon that will make you immortal.
However, with the proper diet and supplementation you can certainly improve healthspan and hit your ideal weight. We don’t promote any diet plans and try to avoid fads wherever possible. We’re about information and common sense.
Eat as many fruit and vegetables as possible, exercise, and don’t consume excess calories. Eat real food. Nutritious food.

We also believe that NAD precursors like Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) and Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) optimize your health on a cellular level. And that other Sirtuin activators such as Fisetin, Resveratrol, and Pterostilbene work synergistically to repair DNA damage.
As scientists continue to unravel the mysteries of aging it’s becoming increasingly clear that the primary benefit of intermitent fasting and caloric restriction is that your body is doing it’s best cellular repair during this time.
